The Griffid Operational Manager course will teach you all the neccesary things to know on operating and configuring the Griffid system. You will be able to perform all basic actions plus complete Griffid software configuration like, configuring sites, devices, floor plans, profiles, views, schedules in/export, group/User rights etc.

 
Griffid System Administrator (GSA)

 

Course period: 6-8 hours (1 day)

Designed for: System Administrators / Application Managers

 

The Griffid System Administrator course will teach you all the neccesary things to know on operating, configuring and maintaining the Griffid system. You will be able to perform all installations plus complete Griffid software configuration like, configuring sites, devices, floor plans, profiles, views, schedules in/export, group/User rights etc. You will also be able to recover lost links and creating backups of your SQL database

 

Griffid Advanced System Administrator (GASA) NEW

 

Course period: 6-8 hours (1 day)

Designed for: System Administrators/ Application Managers/ Installers / Trainers

(GSA or GCSE + 1 year field experience required)

 

The Griffid Advanced System Administrator course will teach you all advanced features available in Griffid, like modification of configuration files, Webserver, Media server, XML and Data Channel usage, POS client, Client Remote Control Interface etc. Also attention will be payed to advanced configuration of SQL, creating backups of databases and creating maintenance plans.
